Disconnect a Participant from an Event

Event administrators are able to disconnect participants from a challenge through the admin console.

Steps to Disconnect a Participant:

  1. Navigate to the, go to the Participants group.
  2. Use the search bar to find the specific person by their name.
  3. Click on the person's name when it appears.
  4. At the top right corner, you'll see a button labeled DISCONNECT. 
  5. A new page appears where you are prompted to disconnect the participant. Decide whether you want the participants' results to remain in the challenge or to have them removed. If you want them removed, flip the toggle for Delete results by this participant.
  6. Select DISCONNECT PARTICIPANT.

The participant is now removed from your event.
