Manage group reporting admins

Some events are configured with groups that represent a subset of your event's participation. Examples may include separate challenge leaderboards based on location, department, region, or business unit. When your event is configured that way, you can choose specific participants in your event to be reporting admins for their group. This allows them to track progress for participants in their scope.

Being a reporting admin is not the same as being an admin. Reporting admins do not have access to the admin console. They will be able to see progress and results for everyone in their group and only their group.

Assigning Reporting Admins

Reporting admins must be participants in the event.

  1. Select the Participants option in the admin console MANAGE group
  2. Find and select the intended reporting admin in the list of participants
  3. Select the overflow menu in the top right

  4. Select Manage Group Permissions. If you don't see this option, your event is not configured to support group admins. If this seems wrong to you, contact support
  5. Select MAKE REPORTING ADMIN for the intended group
  6. Select CLOSE

Removing Reporting Admins
