What's New in Our Cloud Service Terms - Version 2

• Greater transparency around data protection: We've expanded our data processing documentation to better describe the personal data processed by MoveZenGo, its purposes, our subprocessors, and applicable international data transfer safeguards.
• Clearer pricing and contract changes: Subscription price adjustments now generally take effect at renewal, with at least 45 days' advance notice. We've also clarified how changes to our contractual terms are introduced.
• Rewards and charitable giving: We've clarified responsibilities for reward programs, incentives, and charitable donations, including that reward and donation budgets are funded separately by customers unless otherwise agreed.
• Improved termination provisions: We've introduced a standard opportunity to remedy material contractual breaches and clarified payment and refund obligations when an agreement ends.
• Clearer responsibilities and liability: We've refined our liability provisions, contractual responsibilities and the relationship between our standard terms, order forms and separate agreements.
• Additional operational transparency: We've clarified coverage of our mobile app and the relationship between MoveZenGo Inc. and Noctilucent B.V., including their shared information security framework.
